SURAJ Rotary Switches are used to perform Make and Break operation in a sequential way by rotating the switch to different positions. The insulating disk material is High grade Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT). PBT is an unbreakable, NonHygroscopic, High Insulating resistant and High Impulse Voltage withstanding material. The electrical wiping contacts are made up of superior grade spring hard Phosphorous bronze. The terminals are made up from copper alloys for minimal transmission loss of electric current with low temperature rise which is within a specified allowed limits. The product range is from 16A to 125 Amps and can be customized to customers requirements. We have a Special range of switches for Flame-Proof and welding industries.

SURAJ Limit Switches type have been specially designed to convert a mechanical motion into an electrical control signal. The switch element has a dust proof cover which enhances the life of the switch. The Housing of the element is made up of Electrical grade Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT). The Conductors and terminals are made up of Copper alloy and the contacts are Silver Bimetal. The elements are available in two actions

• Normal Action; Where the contact is made as per the movement of actuator and
• SNAP action: Where The movement is relatively fast. The Limit Switches are available in Aluminium Casting housing with two different type of covers
• The PC series of Switches : Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) plastic cover.
• The MC series of Switches : Powder Coated Mild Steel cover with a Rubber gasket for protection of the switch from Dust and water entering inside the switch.
